The first-ever all-inclusive resort in the Florida Keys has just debuted.
Bungalows Key Largo, located on the northernmost island of the Florida Keys(just 63 miles south of Miami), features 135 luxury private bungalows spread across 12-acres.
Each bungalow features its own bougainvillea-covered veranda with an oversized soaking tub and outdoor garden shower. Inside, bungalow décor includes organic textures, soothing tropical hues, and all-natural materials.
The property itself is located within a lush botanical garden that’s edged by the ocean and flanked by the Intercoastal Waterway and Everglades National Park.
An expansive, adults-only oasis, Bungalows Key Largo also includes two pools, two jacuzzi tubs, three piers and 4,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space.
There are also numerous beach cabanas along the shoreline, offering an ideal place to relax and take in the sunset.
The new property also features three dining experiences. Bogie & Bacall’s is a multi-course fine dining and wine pairing experience, while the beachside Sea Señor serves Mexican fare under coconut trees. Resort casual seafood can be found at Fish Tales, which was inspired by the vibrancy of Capri in Italy.
Additional property highlights and offerings include two, floating six-seat tiki boats (aptly named the S.S. Rum Runner and S.S. Margarita) and Largo Larry’s food truck for quick beach bites.
Exotic cocktails will be available at Sunset Tiki Bar, where guests can enjoy sunset happy hours.
The Fitness Tiki Hut meanwhile, offers Peloton equipment, daily morning yoga sessions and an array of aquatic activities such as snorkeling and paddleboarding. Electric Duffy boats, a 38-foot sailing catamaran, and a 40-foot Intrepid powerboat are available for still more activity.
And not to be missed, the property’s drool-worthy Zen Garden Spa includes everything from a Himalayan salt room to a turquoise blue quartz-tiled eucalyptus steam room.
John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is located to the east of the property, offering guests in search of adventure an opportunity to visit the first U.S. undersea park where snorkeling allows for observing vibrant marine life.
